From there, I offer an energy assessment, noticing where your system may feel heavy, scattered, or in need of harmony. The sound journey then unfolds, guided by an intuitive blend of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, ocean drum, and chimes. Layer by layer, the vibrations quiet mental noise, restore balance, and invite your whole being into a state of ease. A veil of aromatherapy mist completes the experience, preparing you for the final ten minutes of integration, a quiet, grounding space where your body and spirit absorb the resonance and you have the opportunity to gently explore and discuss your experience.
